      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Director, Finance Transformation to serve as the primary Business Lead for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that the SAP ecosystem is designed, built, and deployed to meet the long-term strategic needs of our global Finance and Accounting organization.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will possess a rare blend of deep accounting expertise (CPA/CA preferred) and a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformations. You will be the &quot;voice of the business,&quot; ensuring that technical solutions translate into streamlined financial processes, robust internal controls, and actionable business intelligence.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Serving as a primary liaison between the Finance and Accounting organizations and the IT/Project Management Office (PMO)</li>
<li>Defining the &quot;To-Be&quot; financial vision, ensuring the SAP design balances maximizing out-of-box functionality to support upgradability and scalability, provides operational efficiency and actionable insights to the business and is in compliance with statutory requirements</li>
<li>Supporting execution of the SAP project across accounting workstreams</li>
</ul>
<p>Accounting &amp; Compliance Governance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring the SAP design adheres to relevant accounting standards (U.S. GAAP) and S-Ox framework</li>
<li>Validating that the system provides the necessary granularity for tax, legal entity reporting, and management accounting (CO-PA)</li>
</ul>
<p>Implementation &amp; Execution:</p>
<ul>
<li>Driving the business requirements gathering phase, ensuring that &quot;standard&quot; SAP functionality is prioritized over custom enhancements</li>
<li>Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the business side, defining test scripts and ensuring the system is fit for purpose</li>
<li>Overseeing the data migration strategy for financial data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP</li>
</ul>
<p>Change Management &amp; Advocacy:</p>
<ul>
<li>Acting as a change agent, driving the adoption of new processes across the global finance team</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Change Management team to design and deliver training programs for end-users</li>
<li>Managing senior stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project risks, business impacts, and milestones</li>
<li>Supporting SAP up-skilling of the global finance and accounting teams to broaden and deepen SAP expertise across the organization</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li>
<li>Certification: CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting certification is highly preferred</li>
<li>Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large-scale SAP implementation (S/4HANA preferred)</li>
<li>Technical Depth: Deep understanding of core SAP Accounting modules (FI/CO, Group Reporting, Central Finance) and their integration points with SD, MM, and PP</li>
<li>Transformation Track Record: Proven experience in business process re-engineering and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment</li>
