      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As the 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Lubrodal plant, you will oversee daily operations to ensure our plant meets its Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Efficiency goals. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Company Safety &amp; Environmental Policies, housekeeping/6S programs, and SOPs/Quality requirements. You will also oversee daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including scheduling overtime and weekend coverage for Production Leads and Operators.</p>
<p>In this role, you will assist in scheduling production orders and ensure adherence to production schedules. You will act as the main shift contact for batch progress updates across business areas and conduct employee safety, communication, and pre-shift meetings. Additionally, you will audit plant processes and correct SAP movements, focusing on completed process orders. You will work closely with the laboratory to maximize efficiency and resolve issues. Furthermore, you will oversee basic maintenance of equipment and facilities in collaboration with maintenance teams, process engineers, and the Operations Manager.</p>
<p>Leadership Responsibilities:</p>

</ul>
<p>Qualifications We Are Looking For:</p>
<ul>
<li>College degree in a technical or business field (Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, etc.) is strongly desired.</li>
<li>5+ years’ experience in a batch manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.</li>
<li>Promotes a harassment-free environment.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains effective working relationships; demonstrates a commitment to teamwork.</li>
<li>ERP system experience required (SAP preferred).</li>
<li>Experience with ISO/TS/IATF standards desired.</li>
<li>Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 6S experience desired.</li>

<p>The Assembly Planner is a key role within the production team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring assembly activities to ensure timely production, material availability, and effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Prepare and maintain assembly schedules based on production plans and priorities.</li>
