In this role, you will assist in scheduling production orders and ensure adherence to production schedules. You will act as the main shift contact for batch progress updates across business areas and conduct employee safety, communication, and pre-shift meetings. Additionally, you will audit plant processes and correct SAP movements, focusing on completed process orders. You will work closely with the laboratory to maximize efficiency and resolve issues. Furthermore, you will oversee basic maintenance of equipment and facilities in collaboration with maintenance teams, process engineers, and the Operations Manager.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• 2nd shift (3 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Directly supervise a team of 4-6 employees.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• College degree in a technical or business field (Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, etc.) is strongly desired.
• 5+ years’ experience in a batch manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Promotes a harassment-free environment.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships; demonstrates a commitment to teamwork.
• ERP system experience required (SAP preferred).
• Experience with ISO/TS/IATF standards desired.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 6S experience desired.
