This role will ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of equity transactions.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity plan administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Omada&#39;s equity programs, including grants, exercises, releases, and ESPP purchases. You will maintain accurate participant records in equity systems and ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>You will prepare equity-related reports for Finance, HR, and Legal and support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements (ASC 718). You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of equity transactions with payroll and accounting processes.</p>\n<p>You will identify and implement enhancements to equity administration processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
