We are seeking a PLM Development Manager to lead our team developing Teamcenter customizations and integrations. As the PLM Development Manager, you will define the vision and strategy for PLM across the enterprise, set goals, policies, and processes that guide how PLM customization and integration work gets done company-wide.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nDefining the vision and strategy for PLM across the enterprise Setting goals, policies, and processes that guide how PLM customization and integration work gets done company-wide Managing a department of developers, solution engineers, and technical leads Building and scaling high-performing teams Overseeing workforce planning and budget allocation across multiple programs Creating career frameworks, technical standards, and engineering practices Driving architectural decisions that impact PLM infrastructure, integrations, and scalability for the entire organization Partnering with senior leadership across Engineering, Operations, IT, and Product to align PLM strategy with company priorities Communicating technical strategies to C-suite audiences Overseeing multi-million dollar budgets for PLM licensing, infrastructure, and team operations Ensuring business continuity and operational excellence
\nThe ideal candidate will have 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in people management, including 2+ years managing managers or leading multiple teams. They will also have expertise in Enterprise PLMs, including architecture, customization, and integrations, as well as broad understanding of enterprise systems landscape.
\nIn addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications include experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing environments at scale, background implementing Teamcenter at a company during hypergrowth, prior experience in startup or high-growth technology companies, and track record of successful M&A integrations or large-scale system migration.
