<p>This job is all about attention to detail, efficiency, and critical thinking; we’re looking for someone who can ensure all pricing analyses accurately reflect the current market value of the home through thorough analysis of the market in general and the relevant comparable homes.</p>
<p>You will work with the sales team to answer any questions a homeowner might have about the analysis you have created and will be responsible for determining renewal pricing for currently managed homes, taking any rent control laws into consideration.</p>
