regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage engineering contractors and specialist service providers, ensuring safe working, permit compliance, and quality performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate asset records, service documentation, risk assessments, and statutory certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the condition of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems, identifying risks, defects, and investment needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all works are recorded, updated, and closed on the Computerised Maintenance Management System SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience managing maintenance teams within retail, commercial, leisure, or similar operational environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, including HVAC, water systems, and controls.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of
