<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Three or more years of professional game design experience.</li>
<li>Excellent skills in concept, illustration, and graphic design.</li>
<li>Understanding of image, color, and text layout for image placement.</li>
<li>Understanding of processes, composition, and design related to user experience.</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualize abstract ideas into impressive screen visuals and animations.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding and experience with UX interaction concepts.</li>
<li>Proficient in graphic tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn internal UI development tools.</li>
<li>Scripting experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Efficient and fast work practices, able to turn around quickly under deadline pressure.</li>
<li>Experience with Engine is preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt and work effectively in highly dynamic and agile environments.</li>

<li>Experience in building UI and experiences in game engines and across multiple platforms (mobile, web, pc, consoles). Or similar experiences that have transferable years of experience</li>
<li>Experience shipping updates and new features to a user base on a regular cadence. Or similar experiences that have transferable years of experience</li>
<li>Professional experience using Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator a plus), have engine experience (Custom engine, Unity, Unreal Engine, Lumberyard, Snowdrop, etc.), and an understanding of game industry 3D-package experience (3D Studio, Maya, etc.)</li>
