<p>As a Distribution Hub Leader, you will contribute to business strategy, integrate into the BU senior leadership team, lead initiatives at a senior level, measure and exceed key performance outcomes, track plans vs. actuals and roadmap planning, and mitigate issues at an early stage. This position focuses on enhancing collaboration, process improvement, and skill development within specific functions across Farmers&#39; Lines of Business (LOBs).</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strategy Implementation and execution: Participate and implement the LOB business strategy.</li>
<li>Subject-Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise to Farmers LOBs in their functional area, staying up to date with best practices, technologies, and market trends.</li>
<li>Data Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement data analytics strategies to improve operational efficiency, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Operational Strategy: Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, improve prospect quality, and increase gross written premium for Farmers and Farmers Agents.</li>
<li>Domain Expertise and Talent Development: Prioritize domain expertise and knowledge-sharing within their craft, ensuring consistency and best practices across organisation, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and establishing clear career paths and development plans for team members.</li>
<li>Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing and exchange within team members, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented across different areas and departments.</li>
<li>Skill Development and Mentorship: Identify skill development needs, areas of improvement, and skill gaps within team members, and facilitate mentorship and learning opportunities to improve their skills.</li>
<li>Performance Management: Lead by example, conduct performance reviews in partnership with Farmers managers, provide constructive feedback, and help hub members grow their careers.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication between members of different departments within their allocated teams.</li>
<li>Recruitment: Act as a &#39;talent magnet&#39; in the markets, universities, and internally. Hub Leaders play a critical role in recruiting for positions within their job families and areas of expertise, assessing technical and domain-specific skills.</li>
<li>Integration of New Hires: Ensure that new hires are seamlessly integrated into the team and culture.</li>
<li>Empowerment: Empower team members to self-organize and make decisions within specific delegation of authority.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within a similar industry.</li>
<li>Strong domain-specific skills relevant to the Business Unit.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to recruit, assess, and hire top talent.</li>
<li>Experience in leading initiatives and assignments at a senior level.</li>
<li>Ability to contribute meaningfully to business strategies and roadmap planning.</li>
<li>Strong performance management skills, including conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Ability to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Experience in promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.</li>
<li>Proven track record of integrating new hires and building strong team cultures.</li>
<li>Ability to empower team members and delegate authority effectively.</li>
<li>Insurance (P&amp;C/Personal Lines) background experience is required</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
