Cross-Border Labour Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the harmonization of labour law practices across Mistral AI&#39;s global offices, actively collaborating with HR and local counsels to balance local legal requirements with operational efficiency, while respecting cultural and legal nuances</li>\n<li>Provide guidance on cross-border employment issues, including secondments, remote work, and international mobility, ensuring seamless integration with local requirements and evolving workforce needs</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in labour law across key jurisdictions (France, USA, UK, Singapore, etc.) and proactively adapt internal processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years, including relevant experience in a multinational company, with a strong background in French labour law and a deep understanding of the labour challenges faced by a fast-growing worldwide company.</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal Master’s degree (Master’s in French Labour Law or equivalent) &amp;
