      <Title>Sales Account Executive (Mid-Market)</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re building the financial OS that LatAm companies have been waiting for, at the speed and ambition of a company that plans to win. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the Brazilian market. You will report to our Country Manager in Brazil and work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies (hunting) and cross-sell &amp; upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales.</li>
<li>Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth as an individual contributor.</li>
<li>Manage full sales cycle and executive effective pipeline strategy: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiating, and closing.</li>
<li>Provide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management, product, and engineering teams to constantly improve Jeeves&#39; platform features and financial services offerings.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in sales B2B or business development (SAAS or Financial Services)</li>
<li>An existing network of transferable B2B relationships preferably with mid- to large-sized businesses is a must</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization</li>
<li>Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Keen interest in developing a career in a high-performing Sales team and learning the inputs of a sales machine; willingness to put in the work necessary to be successful</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive) and AI tools</li>
<li>Expertise in sales methodologies , MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar , and demonstrated ability to embed them into how a team operates day-to-day.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working within a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, cross border experience is strongly preferred but not required</li>
<li>Familiarity with stablecoins or emerging financial technologies</li>
</ul>
