<p>You will be a first response on reactive calls and will be expected to attempt a first-time fix (within your skills competency).</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include conducting planned maintenance across LFB estate to SFG 20 standard, completing engineer&#39;s worksheets in full, giving full details of plant that requires additional work, and submitting expenses weekly with all supporting receipts.</p>
<p>Essential skills and experience include planned maintenance competence to SFG 20, emergency lighting fundamentals unit 1 &amp; 2, generator load testing, L8 awareness, trade qualifications (Plumbing, Mechanical or Electrical equivalent), and L8 Awareness.</p>
<p>Desirable but not essential skills include City &amp; Guilds 236/0 &amp; 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE, and fabric experience in one or all of these - Tiling, carpentry, painting and plastering.</p>

<p>ESSENTIAL SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE Commercial and Domestic gas qualified in gas boilers, water heaters, tube heaters, gas air heaters, pipework, tightness testing and purging.</p>
<p>Emergency lighting fundamentals unit 1.</p>
<p>Any additional trade qualifications (plumbing &amp; Mechanical).</p>
<p>IPAF, PASMA.</p>
<p>Understand SFG20 and delivering of works to a timescale.</p>
<p>Preferred to have NVQ in Mechanical and/or electrical to backup gas qualifications.</p>
<p>DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL Extra qualifications to enable further self-delivery of our contract.</p>
