A static site position for an Electrical building service engineer to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as building fabric.
\nKey accountabilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring standards of workmanship, assisting specialist subcontractors' requirements, and maintaining accurate site records/documentation.
\nThe ideal candidate will have worked or currently be working in a similar Retail/Commercial maintenance environment and be familiar with equipment such as air handling units, emergency lighting, L8 requirements, fire alarm testing, and plumbing.
\nEssential qualifications include City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE, and L8 Awareness.
\nDesirable qualifications include City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing), IPAF, and PASMA.

\nEssential skills and experience include planned maintenance competence to SFG 20, emergency lighting fundamentals unit 1 & 2, generator load testing, L8 awareness, trade qualifications (Plumbing, Mechanical or Electrical equivalent), and L8 Awareness.
\nDesirable but not essential skills include City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE, and fabric experience in one or all of these - Tiling, carpentry, painting and plastering.
