<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead aircraft and ground vehicle integration of custom electronics, sensors, actuators, payloads, and other flight critical sub-systems</li>
<li>Demonstrate cross-functional ownership engaging with all X-BAT teams, including manufacturing, operators, supplier development engineering, supply chain, mechanical, thermal, etc.</li>
<li>Contribute to aircraft and ground vehicle architecture design</li>
<li>Drive design and execution of flight critical custom avionics</li>
<li>Build, lead, and mentor a world-class avionics engineering team</li>
<li>Establish and enforce appropriate design processes</li>
<li>Maintain technical excellence,implement rigorous design processes and ensure compliance with industry standards</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Strong system-level understanding of mechanical integration, power management, and thermal impacts on electronics reliability</li>

You will work end-to-end from early concept and requirements definition through schematic and PCB layout, validation and deployment into production and fielded systems.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Design, prototype, build and test high-voltage battery management electronics for Fuse Energy’s stationary storage and grid-connected systems</li>
<li>Own end-to-end PCBA development, including requirements definition, schematic capture, PCB layout, design reviews and design for manufacturability</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>
