This position requires hands-on experience validating parts for radiation environments specific to aerospace.</p>\n<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing fault-tolerant electrical systems for operating in a radiation environment</li>\n<li>Simulating and modeling the GTO and GEO radiation environments</li>\n<li>Coordinating and running radiation testing campaigns to upscreen components</li>\n<li>Working with the structures team to determine the proper shielding levels across the spacecraft</li>\n<li>Integrating these systems into the spacecraft by working closely with the rest of the team</li>\n<li>Supporting other electrical design, bringup, and test activities</li>\n<li>Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field</li>\n<li>A passion for hardware development, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development</li>\n<li>Experience with the Geostationary radiation environment (TID, SEE, DDD)</li>\n<li>Experience with designing for and testing for radiation effects</li>\n<li>Experience in testing analog and digital circuits</li>\n<li>Experience with high reliability systems</li>\n<li>US Citizenship or Green Card</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bonus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electromechanical design experience</li>\n<li>Experience running tests at radiation labs</li>\n<li>Experience with designing dosimeter circuits</li>\n<li>ECAD + MCAD Experience (Altium, Solidworks)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n<p>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
