      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We currently have an opening for a Staff Engineer in our Applications Engineering team. The successful candidate will work with customers to provide technical support and solutions for their high-frequency electromagnetics needs.</p>
<p>As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of all technical activities throughout the lifecycle of a sales opportunity. This includes technical discovery, negotiation of technical success criteria, product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations. You will also work with customers to better understand their product development requirements and what they need to improve their performance metrics.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Providing technical sales support and delivering professional services to customers</li>
<li>Ensuring customer productivity through training and methodology support</li>
<li>Helping to translate customer requirements into new product features</li>
<li>Working in multidisciplinary teams to contribute to end-to-end simulation solutions</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering software environment. You should also have demonstrated use of relevant Ansys software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages.</p>
<p>In addition to your technical skills, you should be a logical problem-solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to project a professional image and demonstrate business acumen, driven to succeed.</p>
