Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to safety standards, overseeing production controls systems, conducting root cause analysis of downtime issues, and supporting skilled trades personnel to evaluate requirements for maintaining and improving production yields.

You will also be responsible for using Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities, executing prioritized daily maintenance tasks, analyzing equipment performance, and working to improve efficiencies.

Additionally, you will lead oversight of controls and automation, including indirect supervision of electrical trades and electrical technicians, robot, automation, and controls changes, evaluating contractor performance, and liaising with maintenance-related vendors.

You will work with the Maintenance Engineer/Project Engineer to launch new programs or equipment, optimize Automation and Controls systems for process tooling, and execute prioritized daily maintenance activities.

You will provide input to Maintenance Planning Schedule (MPS) for weekend and shutdown maintenance planning and work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends.
