      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This Electrician role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility lighting and power distribution systems to ensure 100% operational uptime. You will execute complex electrical repairs and installations on production machinery, including precision die wiring and the integration of hardware components. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing assembly line automation by creating, modifying, and backing up PLC programs to ensure seamless production flow and rapid recovery from software-related downtime. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end documentation process, including the accurate and timely completion of work orders, time sheets, logboard entries, and line book revisions. You will actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement (CI) programs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing suggestions to enhance production line efficiency. You will also manage the procurement of electrical components by identifying required parts and strictly following the company’s standardized &#39;parts received&#39; and inventory procedures. You will conduct rigorous routine preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to proactively identify failure points and extend the lifecycle of manufacturing assets. You will ensure all maintenance activities conform to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards to maintain facility certifications and automotive quality benchmarks. You will maintain a clean, tidy, and highly organized work area to promote a safe, efficient, and professional maintenance environment. You will champion a &#39;Safety First&#39; culture by operating in strict accordance with all General Job Instructions and departmental safety protocols. You will perform additional technical duties as assigned and follow all Level II job instruction manuals to support overall plant objectives.</p>
<p>The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be: $27.72 - $51.44</p>
