Responsibilities:

• Strategy/Sourcing: Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet targets for the purchasing department.
• Stakeholder Management: Leverage exceptional communication skills to develop and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Analysis: Responsible for advanced quantitative analysis to identify financial impacts of decisions and performance for category managed.
• Conduct research, perform benchmarking, and gather market analysis for assigned categories.
• Contract Management: Responsible for authoring contract documents with the Legal Department.
• Negotiations: Utilize negotiations to maximise value and cost savings benefits while lowering risk.
• Supplier Management: Establish preferred suppliers for assigned category.
• Tactical Purchasing - Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices related to assigned categories.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of purchasing experience

• Experience in a purchasing or supply chain role
• Technical skills in current technologies and applications
• Contract Manager certification
• Experience with IT software
• Experience with Facilities & Services
• Exceptional analytical and organisational skills
• Remarkable problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise appropriately to meet internal customer and company needs
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
• Ability to communicate outside of work hours
• Must be able to travel - up to 20% work week travel may be required
• This position requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered

Compensation and Benefits:

$125,000.00 - $180,000.00

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting system integration of RF hardware, software, and platform-level components (air, land, sea, or space)
• Planning and executing test & evaluation (T&E) activities, including lab and field testing
• Generating and maintaining technical documentation, requirements, and verification artifacts
• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to identify, gather, and document technical requirements
• Analyzing project technical features, creating diagrams, and building models to define system behavior
• Ensuring that requirements are correct (validation) and that the final system meets those requirements (verification)
• Maintaining traceability of requirements from design to testing to prevent scope creep
• Working with software, RF, hardware, and project management teams to align design with user needs

Required qualifications include:

• A strong understanding of signal processing fundamentals (FFT, filtering, detection theory)
• Experience with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python)
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
