<p>The Platforms Knowledge Management team’s mission is to ensure Robinhood associates and customers have clear, current, and compliant guidance at their fingertips.</p>
<p>We own the knowledge ecosystem, taxonomy, governance, editorial standards, and content lifecycle, and partner closely with CX Strategy, Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Quality to publish SOPs and reusable messaging that are easy to find and use.</p>
<p>As a Knowledge Management Content Writer, you will join a collaborative, cross-functional team and work closely with Product Managers, Operations, and other stakeholders.</p>
<p>You’ll bring subject matter expertise of Robinhood’s products and services, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and impactful for both internal teams and our customers!</p>
<p>This role is based in our Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; and Chicago, IL offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reusable customer messaging, and knowledge base articles using Robinhood’s style and governance standards.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support launch readiness by creating and updating knowledge content for new products, features, and processes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Leverage your understanding of Robinhood’s products, services, and systems to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and easy to understand.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Use AI-powered tools to analyze and optimize SOPs for clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to translate subject matter expertise into clear, actionable content.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Apply structured thinking to organize content for maximum findability and usability.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to editorial standards and content governance to maintain consistency across knowledge assets.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Gather user feedback to identify content gaps and continuously improve resources.</li>
</ul>

<p>Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.</p>
<p>The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>You will write and commission informative and influential editorial content across print and digital channels. This includes compelling and engaging longer features, shorter opinion pieces and tasting notes with the potential to contribute larger vintage reports if based in a relevant wine region.</p>
<p>You will promote Decanter as the leading global authority on wine by embracing modern, multi-format storytelling.</p>
<p>You will collaborate with commercial teams to support brand growth and revenue opportunities in the North American market.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for North American wine regions, and will build relationships with generic wine bodies, producers, contributors and judges from North America.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Report to the Content Director</li>
<li>Ensure your and contributor writing on North America follows content plans and strategies</li>
<li>Use your developed palate to taste wines from North America critically and write convincingly and accessibly</li>
<li>Maintain the highest levels of integrity, accuracy and editorial standards in all writing and editing</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of writing and editing to minimize reliance on proofreading</li>
<li>Be a trusted voice for North American wine in the industry and among consumers</li>
<li>Maintain Decanter&#39;s presence in the North American market to ensure our reputation is the leading authority on wine</li>
<li>Build and nurture a network of North American contributors while exploring opportunities for multi-format content (including video, audio, or social-first pieces) to expand Decanter&#39;s digital presence</li>
<li>Develop relationships with wine bodies, producers, contributors and other industry partners in North America</li>
<li>Use audience analytics and performance data to inform content strategy, increase reach, and identify the latest trends in consumer behavior and wine preferences</li>
<li>Speak/judge on North America at Decanter events</li>

<p><strong>Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience writing high-quality engaging, relevant content</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with digital content approaches, including websites, social and newsletters</li>
<li>Excellent wine knowledge, with tasting experience, and expertise of North American wine regions</li>
<li>Someone with wine knowledge of WSET Level 3 or equivalent (ie Wine Scholar Guild or sommelier qualification)</li>
<li>Journalistic and editorial background, with the ability to write high-quality, engaging content</li>
<li>Understanding of the Decanter consumer and the content required for each channel to ensure the brand&#39;s strategic needs are met</li>
<li>Commercial awareness and the ability to translate editorial strength into audience growth and business opportunities</li>
<li>Excellent industry contacts and networking skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of print format and production processes</li>
