Your primary focus will be on applying deep experience design expertise and an end-to-end customer perspective to define how to ensure quality at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute a shared vision and achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities include creating playbooks, defining quality standards, prototyping new categories of products, and educating partners on how to use the work to design impactful experiences at scale.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working in experience design, physical experience design, editorial design, and/or service design. You should also have strong discernment in taste and cultural sensibilities to design authentic experiences for various types of audiences.

In addition, you will need to be able to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and be flexible to coordinate across different time zones.

This role requires a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to driving the work forward. You should also be able to travel as needed to test the product.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in San Francisco, CA to be able to conduct their work.
