As a Junior Race Engineer, you will work with the Chief Race Engineer to support and run cars in various series with our customer and Prodrive-operated programmes.

Your key responsibilities will include producing build specifications, setting up sheets, and all necessary documentation for events; conducting analysis and optimisation of vehicle setup parameters; researching potential areas of development for the Aston Martin GT cars; issuing technical work lists after sessions and events; liaising with drivers on technical matters; providing constructive feedback on driving styles; keeping accurate notes and event reports; and planning, performing, and reporting on specific tests.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in trackside motorsport in an engineering capacity and be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering. A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the capability to think on your feet and identify alternative approaches when faced with challenges are essential.
