At MLT, we're seeking an exceptional Advancement Officer, Individual Giving to cultivate, steward, engage, and fundraise for a portfolio of high-level stakeholders. This role will systematize MLT's approach to engaging stakeholders across various areas of capital, connectivity, influence, and advice.
\nAs an Advancement Officer, you will manage a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and supporters, taking a holistic approach to engagement that strategically leverages stakeholder time, treasure, and talents. You will represent MLT at donor networking opportunities, identify, qualify, and cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective donors and stakeholders, and develop and execute thoughtful, tailored donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
\nYou will listen actively to understand the stakeholder's perspective and engage in high-touch, audience-centered communications to build meaningful and lasting relationships. You will effectively and collaboratively project manage stakeholder strategies, working in partnership with cross-functional colleagues.
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have 10+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or other advanced degree a plus), experience identifying and engaging high net worth individuals and senior executives, and experience building and generating revenue through high touch, mutually beneficial relationships.
\nYou will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communication, and take ownership and find effective solutions with minimal direction. You will be comfortable with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficient with the Google suite.
