collaboration to gather and synthesize input.</li>\n<li>Guide team members to work as an integrated unit on tight timelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all phases of the proposal lifecycle, including schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Anticipate and resolve issues promptly to maintain proposal quality and timeliness.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategies that highlight Saronic&#39;s value proposition in the global defense landscape.</li>\n<li>Analyze bid requirements and competitor approaches, particularly in international markets, to refine proposal content and structure.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all proposal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with U.S. DoD as well as allied nation regulatory standards.</li>\n<li>Maintain meticulous records throughout the proposal process.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a collaborative proposal team, fostering a high-performance culture.</li>\n<li>Equip team members with the tools and support needed to succeed in a dynamic, often cross-cultural, environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Professional Writing, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years in proposal management within the defense or technology sectors, with a strong track record of leading complex, compliant proposals for DoD and international proposals.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with U.S. DoD and foreign military procurement processes, and experience working with allied and partner defense forces.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously, balancing competing priorities to meet all deadlines.</li>\n<li>Proven experience integrating diverse input from cross-functional teams to craft coherent, high-quality proposals.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Highly organized, with an acute eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all proposal elements.</li>\n<li>Demonstrable skill in proposal management software and tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience writing proposals for Other Transaction Authority (OTAs).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n<li>Occasional standing and walking within the office.</li>\n<li>Manual dexterity to operate a
