This is an exceptional opportunity to reimagine how behavioural health quality is defined and measured at a rapidly scaling, mission-driven company.</p>\n<p>The Clinical Quality Lead will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support our Professional Practice Evaluation programs, directly improving clinical outcomes across our provider network of therapists</li>\n<li>Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring, providing feedback to clinicians and creating remediation plans for documentation concerns</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations team to develop automated quality monitoring systems</li>\n<li>Work closely with clinical teams and peer reviewers, building clinical oversight capabilities as we scale</li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and create scalable feedback systems for providers</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role requires a clinician with 5+ years of post-graduate experience as an Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD), experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organisations, and a track record of training others on clinical documentation standards.</p>\n<p>The expected base pay range for this position is $105,400 - $155,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
