As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods, including documentation control, inventory management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities</li>
<li>Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods efficiently</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet quality standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipping</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Completed education in Logistics or a related field (minimum 3 years)</li>
<li>Experience in a similar role or industry (pharmaceutical or logistics)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of GxP regulations and quality systems</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Good knowledge of German language (written and spoken)</li>
</ul>
