<p>We&#39;re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Brex. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment on hiring goals.</p>
<p>This role involves sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding. You will create strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent, proactively building pipelines for present and future needs.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain fairness and efficiency, and champion Brex&#39;s employer brand by representing the company at events and on social platforms.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms.</li>
<li>Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.</li>
<li>Partner directly with Hiring Managers to drive hiring initiatives critical to building Brex&#39;s Engineering team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.</li>
<li>Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<p>Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $142,380-$195,490. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.</p>

<p>As a Senior Design Sourcer, you will play a foundational role in building Brex&#39;s design talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing world-class designers who shape how our products look, feel, and function. <li>Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.</li>
<li>Support employer branding efforts within the design community through social engagement and event participation.</li>
