      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Hardware Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the team&#39;s roadmap, creating a hiring plan to grow the team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, managing the team&#39;s day-to-day workloads, and working closely with CoreWeave hardware vendors on advanced failure analysis.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Building and leading a team who is focused on rapidly delivering high-quality results</li>
<li>Managing day-to-day workloads, sprints, and long-term project planning</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to improve process flows and speed through systems and tools</li>
<li>Developing measurable goals for the team and ensuring alignment to deliver</li>
<li>Facilitating constructive communication across all teams, and providing coaching and counseling by mentoring, one-on-one meetings, and regular performance feedback</li>
<li>Working closely with the recruiting team to attract and evaluate talent</li>
</ul>
<p>The team is responsible for providing sustaining hardware and software support to internal teams, developing and maintaining tooling to support CoreWeave&#39;s hardware/firmware automation and monitoring, performing hardware failure analysis and tracking RMAs with hardware vendors, and creating and maintaining accurate documentation of hardware designs, specifications, test procedures, and results.</p>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience managing operational teams</li>
<li>A passion for leading emerging teams in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with datacenter-class hardware and infrastructure</li>
<li>Experience coaching staff that work on challenging issues and solutions that are scalable and executed rapidly</li>
<li>Prior success in creating processes and developing cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, operations, support, sales, and product groups</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for staffing, interviewing, growing, and retaining talent</li>
<li>Drives operational excellence through scalable, efficient processes</li>
<li>Highly effective communicator with the organizational rigor to align cross-disciplinary stakeholders and drive execution</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice-to-haves include prior experience managing distributed teams with a mix of hardware and software engineers, prior experience working upstream with open-source projects, and strong JIRA experience.</p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000, and the starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).</p>

<li>Proven success building or scaling outbound SDR programs that consistently hit or exceed pipeline targets.</li>
<li>Experience managing distributed or multi-region SDR teams across LATAM, NAM, and/or EMEA.</li>
