You will provide advice and support on various corporate matters as they arise.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a J.D. degree from an accredited law school; member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar. You should have 5-7+ years of legal experience, including law firm experience, with significant focus on securities law, SEC reporting, and public company governance.</p>\n<p>You should have deep knowledge of the &#39;33 Act, &#39;34 Act, SEC rules and regulations, and Nasdaq listing standards.
