We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a lleviator of our marketing efforts in Latin America, you will develop and implement comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies to effectively reach, engage and convert our local audiences, collaborating in lock step with our sales teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the demand gen strategy with local nuances, creating a bottoms-up field marketing strategy, driving the LATAM digital and content marketing strategy, developing a partnership with sales, and performance tracking and budget. You will also be the face of LATAM marketing and an international marketing brand ambassador.

We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience across multiple countries in Latin America, specifically in Brazil and Mexico. You should have experience building and driving full funnel demand gen strategies for different segments, a demonstrated understanding of digital marketing mix, and a data-driven yet creative mind. Vendor or contractor management experience is also a plus.
