As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements in our sales and services operations. Your tasks will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Capturing customer and sales requirements and translating them into digital, automated process solutions</li>
<li>Modelling and implementing optimized order-to-cash processes in collaboration with relevant departments</li>
<li>Analyzing, developing, and improving sales processes nationally and internationally, taking responsibility for projects</li>
<li>Conducting workshops, using agile methods, and creating clear functional concepts for implementation</li>
<li>Driving digital transformation forward, connecting platforms, and optimizing master data in the ERP/CRM environment</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant studies or equivalent sales expertise and experience in the sales field or business process management</li>
<li>Passion for digital processes, analysis, and optimization, with good understanding of sales processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mining, digital customer platforms, and ERP/CRM systems</li>
<li>Agile project management and corresponding tools are familiar</li>
<li>Fluent communication in German and English, working independently, structured, and convincing through solution orientation</li>
