      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Electronics Platforms Warranty Analyst will investigate field failures, analyse warranty return data and conduct root cause analyses (8D, 5 Whys) to promote product improvements and cost reduction.</p>
<p>This role will act as a technical liaison between customers, Product Development (PD) and manufacturing, ensuring product reliability, conformity and customer satisfaction. The focus will be on reducing repairs per 1000 units (R/1000) for vehicles with low and high mileage.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct analysis within the scope of Low Mileage and High Mileage, representing the Vehicle Functional Group (VFG) and supporting warranty expenditure initiatives:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Analyse data: Review warranty requests, field returns and failure trends using statistical tools to identify high-cost problems and emerging trends. 0, 1 and 3 months in service (MIS) – objectives for Low Mileage.</li>
<li>Root Cause Analysis: Perform disassembly and investigations on returned products to determine failure mechanisms, using problem-solving tools such as PDCA and 5 Whys.</li>
<li>Corrective Actions: Collaborate with manufacturing and product engineering to implement improvements and prevent recurrence, ensuring rapid and permanent resolution.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Develop and maintain quality plans, training procedures and documentation, and lead updates to DFMEAs, SCCAFs and Control Plans as required by special characteristics and critical system features.</li>
<li>Supplier Quality: Coordinate with suppliers when failures are related to received components, collaborating on quality issues, recovery flows and working together with STA to improve manufacturing processes and design control characteristics.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering</li>
<li>Experience: More than 3 years in quality fronts in PD, manufacturing, warranty quality or reliability engineering</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa/fishbone diagram, 5 Whys)</li>
<li>Behavioural Skills: Strong communication for interaction with customers and multi-functional leadership</li>
<li>Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of OEM warranty systems and experience with automotive or electromechanical products are frequently required</li>
