<p>You will expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules. You will complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority. You will maintain inventory by identifying, labelling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.</p>
<p>You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks. You will organise material into an efficient picking methodology for picking/kitting. You will monitor KPIs set by Management.</p>
<p>You will adhere to regulations related to government property and inventory management (FAR/DFARS). You will initiate opportunities for improvements. You will courier inventory as needed between Anduril&#39;s sites in Costa Mesa &amp; Santa Ana.</p>
<p>Required qualifications include 5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent experience, previous experience with management of government property &amp; inventory management per FAR &amp; DFARS, and a valid driver&#39;s licence.</p>
<p>Preferred qualifications include 3+ years forklift experience and licence, experience working in the defence/aerospace industry, and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.</p>
