<p>You will also support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed, travel to test sites as needed, and use first principles physics as a basis for every decision.</p>
<p>In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership skills, and the ability to read, interpret, and manipulate schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.</p>
<p>A Bachelor&#39;s degree in an engineering field, or equivalent work experience, is required. A Master&#39;s degree or Ph.D. is preferred. You must also be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>To accelerate datacenter deployment and management, CoreWeave is expanding its firmware engineering team to focus on developing and maintaining OpenBMC-based firmware for our next-generation Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs).</p>
<p>As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware features that enable secure, scalable, and reliable control across CoreWeave&#39;s high-performance compute infrastructure. <p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>

<p>We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop firmware for our advanced VR/XR products on the Qualcomm and Android platform, working in an embedded environment. You have experience developing high quality software for resource-constrained systems. You have an understanding of electronics, and are able to navigate your way through schematics.</p>
<p>This is a highly technical space, and you will be working with some of the industry’s leading experts. You do not need to have a background in VR/XR, but you will need to show an interest and aptitude for bridging the gap between customers and deep technology. You can get into the detail of topics, but also to provide clear written and oral synthesis.</p>
<p>Experience building hardware products and/or products that require researching and inventing new technology is preferred. This position is based in Finland. Varjo uses hybrid work mode and you&#39;ll be able to choose either to work at the office or remotely.
