<p>We are seeking an experienced and versatile APAC B2B Marketing Lead to drive OpenAI’s enterprise and B2B marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a critical leadership role for a full-stack B2B marketer with strong regional judgment—someone who can operate across diverse markets, build foundational capabilities, and deliver high-impact programs that support revenue growth and long-term trust.</p>
<p>This role will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated B2B marketing initiatives that support enterprise adoption, partner-led growth, and developer-adjacent business audiences across APAC. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with sales-led GTM teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and translating global strategy into locally effective execution across multiple APAC markets.</p>
<p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p>

<li>Lead the development and execution of APAC B2B marketing strategy, aligned with global priorities and regional GTM objectives.</li>
<li>Drive full-funnel B2B marketing programs across field, content, customer marketing, events, and partner marketing.</li>
<li>Partner closely with GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, and Global Affairs to deliver integrated programs that support enterprise adoption and pipeline growth.</li>
<li>Translate global B2B narratives and launches into regionally relevant, market-specific execution across priority APAC markets (e.g., India, Korea, Japan, ANZ, Southeast Asia).</li>
<li>Establish strong regional marketing operating rhythms, including planning cycles, agency management, budget oversight, performance measurement, and reporting.</li>
<li>Act as the regional voice for APAC B2B marketing, bringing market insight, customer perspective, and local nuance into global strategy discussions.</li>
<li>Build and scale foundational B2B marketing capabilities in-region, with an eye toward future team growth and specialization.</li>

<p><strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in B2B or integrated marketing, ideally within technology, platforms, or high-growth environments.</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and executing B2B marketing programs that support enterprise or partner-led GTM motions across multiple markets or regions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of APAC enterprise buying dynamics, including the role of trust, regulation, partners, and local proof points.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.</li>
