Head of Programmatic Outcomes — Partners

About the role\n\nA partner ecosystem is an important mechanism to ensure we train and enable customers to use and love Claude. The Head of Programmatic Outcomes (Partners) is responsible for shaping it , not as a standalone function, but as a focused sub-goal of Anthropic’s broader Partnerships strategy that no single existing team is positioned to own end-to-end.\n\nThis is not a traditional channel partnerships role. It's a programmatic activation and enablement role that operates through partners. The question is: how do you certify and equip consulting firms, SIs, MSPs, and technology partners to run the same activation motions your CSM team runs , at 10x the scale, without Anthropic headcount, with reliable quality via marketplace dynamics?\n\nYou will shape the partner framework, the economics, the certification program, the enablement toolkit, and the feedback loop , co-building with the Partnerships org on economics and recruitment, with Product on tooling access, and with Growth Marketing on co-marketing , to make partner-led activation as reliable as direct-led. Success comes through influence and coordination, leveraging Anthropic’s existing partner relationships rather than duplicating them.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n\n Drive the Anthropic Certified Partner Program in close partnership with the Partnerships org , defining tiers, certification criteria, enablement curriculum, co-activation frameworks, and performance accountability standards that extend Anthropic’s existing partner infrastructure into an activation-ready ecosystem\n\n Identify, recruit, and onboard the highest-leverage partners (SIs, consulting firms, MSPs, technology partners) for driving Tier C account AI adoption at scale , with a prioritized view of where ROI is highest fastest\n\n Co-develop the partner enablement toolkit with the Product and Growth Marketing capability leads: training content, activation playbooks, co-sell materials, and technical resources that allow certified partners to run Anthropic’s activation motion independently and consistently\n\n Design the partner feedback loop , mechanisms for capturing what works in partner-led activations, codifying learnings into updated playbooks, and surfacing insights back to the programmatic team\n\n Collaborate with Product and Systems/Process capability leads to ensure partners have access to the right tools, telemetry, and infrastructure to manage their Tier C portfolio\n\n Establish partner performance metrics in partnership with Strat Ops: activation rates, adoption outcomes, revenue contribution from partner-influenced accounts, and partner health scoring for the ecosystem\n\n Hold the connective tissue across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and the Partnerships org to align the partner activation program with Anthropic’s broader partner strategy , this role is the integration point that reduces duplication and resolves channel conflict, not a parallel partner function\n\n Serve as the internal authority on partner-led activation; represent the programmatic outcomes perspective in partner strategy discussions\n\n### You may be a good fit if you have:\n\n 10+ years in enterprise partner development, channel strategy, or alliances with direct ownership of a partner ecosystem that drove measurable revenue or adoption outcomes\n\n Experience shaping a partner certification or enablement program , ideally by extending an existing partner ecosystem with new enablement and certification layers, not just managing an inherited program\n\n Track record of designing partner-led motions that translated into repeatable, scalable adoption outcomes , not just co-sell programs or deal registration schemes\n\n Deep understanding of the SI, consulting firm, and MSP landscape: who the high-leverage players are, how they make money, and how to align incentives with Anthropic's activation goals\n\n Cross-functional fluency: comfortable at the intersection of Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing , able to resolve channel conflict constructively and commercially\n\n Ability to treat the partner ecosystem as a product , designing it, iterating on it, measuring it, and making portfolio investment decisions with rigorous judgment\n\n###!!!!\n\nThe annual compensation range for this role is listed below.\n\nFor sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.\n\nAnnual Salary:$315,000-$350,000 USD\n\n### Logistics\n\nMinimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience\n\nRequired field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience\n\nMinimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position\n\nLocation-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.\n\nVisa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.\n\nWe encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work.\n\nYour safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links, visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.\n\n### How we're different\n\nWe believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact , advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI , rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.\n\nThe easiest way to understand our research directions is to

Software Engineer, Full-stack

About the role

Anthropic's Product Engineering org is looking for experienced engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals to join one of teams owning our current or emergent products. You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the consumer and/or enterprise end user experience - be that via Claude.ai, the Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, Claude Code, or mission-driven applications - and carry real end-to-end ownership.

You'll partner with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to understand new model capabilities and redefine what is possible for users in the world of LLMs - and how to build it. We’ll look to you to have a product-oriented mindset and input, own technical quality across the stack (performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience), scale your efforts to millions of users on a global scale, and carry genuine excitement about what AI makes possible.

We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organisational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.

Developer Experience

You'll build the products and tools - console, SDKs, docs, and observability - that give developers the confidence to rely on Claude in their most critical applications. Our mission is to meet developers where they are and bring them closer to the ceiling of what's possible with our models and API. That means building trust through great platform fundamentals, inspiring developers to raise the bar in how they use Claude's capabilities, and accelerating the path to agentic development by designing for both human and AI developers.

You'll work closely with teams across the Platform org to turn Claude's newest capabilities into experiences developers can actually pick up and run with - from first prompt to production agent.

Beneficial Deployments

Beneficial Deployments Engineering brings Claude to organisations doing the most good with the fewest resources , nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, researchers, and economic mobility programmes. We're looking for a full-stack engineer to build the access programmes, tooling, and product work that make frontier AI usable for teams that couldn't afford this capacity any other way.

Enterprise AI Products

You'll work on the products that make Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries – the connective tissue that lets Claude operate effectively across workflows. On this team you will systematically understand why Enterprise users aren't activating, what's blocking adoption, and building the capabilities to close those gaps. Some of our focuses are:

Extensibility , plugins, skills, connectors, and the MCP ecosystem that lets a company shape Claude around their specific workflows and distribute that work across teams.

Context , enterprise knowledge, organisational memory, and the retrieval layer that makes Claude genuinely aware of a company's people, documents, and workflows. A connected, contextual Claude is the difference between a general-purpose chatbot and a real coworker.

Proactivity , Cowork suggestions, workflow capture, ambient Claude inside the apps people already use. Moving from 'Claude answers when asked' to 'Claude notices what you need'.

Vertical AI Products

Purpose-built experiences for specific industries where Claude can transform complex professional work. We're currently building for three verticals, with more to come:

Financial Services , analysts and bankers building models, memos, and decks under deadline. We're building retrieval, analysis, and document generation that holds up to executive review.

Healthcare , clinical documentation, prior auth, and care coordination. Work where accuracy isn't a feature, it's the whole product , and where compliance is part of the engineering.

Legal , contract analysis, document review, and matter management for teams that will read every word we generate and know immediately if it's wrong.

Enterprise Foundations

You'll build the systems large organisations require before they can adopt Claude at scale: identity and permissions, security and compliance controls, and the admin analytics that let them see how it's being used. This is the work that turns 'we love the demo' into a signed enterprise deal. The role is part product, part platform. You'll work closely with Product and GTM to understand what our largest customers need, then build it once in a way that works across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Cowork.

Growth

Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation through data-driven strategies and technical implementations. At Anthropic, we're not just building AI tools; we're reimagining how AI can enhance and expand its user base! As a member of the growth team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our growth strategy. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers to design, implement, and optimise growth initiatives that scale our AI-powered tools and maximise their impact.

Product Designer, Claude Code

JOB TITLE: Product Designer, Claude Code\n\nLOCATION: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY | Seattle, WA\n\nDEPARTMENT: Engineering & Design - Product\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\n\n## About Anthropic\n\nAnthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole.\n\n## About the design team\n\nDesign at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily, and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.\n\nOur work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.\n\nWe care deeply about craft, the details that make something feel polished and trustworthy, but we ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.\n\nRead more here for the type of features we build. \n\n## Responsibilities:\n\n- Contribute to the strategic direction of our tools, rooted in deep user empathy\n\n- Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency of broader flows\n\n- Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps\n\n- Rapidly prototype ideas using code and other methods to communicate concepts and build excitement\n\n- Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment\n\nSpecific projects & responsibilities depend on the team staffing, which we’ll talk about once we’ve seen some more of your work and understood your strengths & interests. A few examples across teams:\n\n- Claude Cowork: Pioneer new ways for Claude to be a true partner in people’s day to day lives that can access your tools, ask for feedback, help you prep for your day, and more; Build expertise in industries like education, financial services, and healthcare to design intuitive experiences that help people leverage AI at work in transformative ways.\n\n- Claude Code: Evolve our industry-leading coding tool, across terminal and Desktop, to deepen the breadth and depth of agentic coding.\n\n- Growth: Design intuitive onboarding flows that help new users get started quickly, understand Claude's capabilities, and achieve their goals in the first session; Uncover barriers that prevent users from getting the most out of Claude and create experiences that empower them to make it a trusted part of their routine.\n\n- Developer Platform: Support frontier capabilities and API features via tooling, workflows, and documentation; Define the future suite of utilities for developers to confidently build, monitor and control agentic systems.\n\n- Consumer: Evolve the Claude mobile app, with a focus on being genuinely helpful for people’s everyday lives: learning, creative projects, personal planning and problem-solving , with an emphasis on quality & safety. \n\n## What we’re looking for:\n\n- You ship fast and stay in motion. You'd rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You prototype in code, stay scrappy when speed matters, and know when to polish versus when to learn.\n\n- You're rethinking the basics. Many UI primitives were designed for a different era. You're excited to question fundamental assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI.\n\n- You're AI-native in how you work. You're already using Claude Code or similar tools to extend what you can build. You see AI as a creative partner in your own practice.\n\n- You stay close to the models. You pay attention to where capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today. You design for the product we're becoming.\n\n- You elevate craft while moving fast. You care about the details, the pixels, the copy, the edge cases, and find ways to maintain that care while shipping quickly.\n\n## You may be a good fit if you have:\n\n- 8+ years of product design experience (experience designing complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products preferred)\n\n- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms\n\n- Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products or a series of products in ambiguous environments\n\n- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority\n\n- Passion for crafting scaled, highly impactful, safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies to enable new possibilities\n\n- Experience with prototyping, especially using front-end code (e.g. HTML/CSS/JS) preferred\n\nThe annual compensation range for this role is listed below. \n\nFor sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.\n\nAnnual Salary:$260,000-$305,000 USD\n\n## Logistics\n\nMinimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience\n\nRequired field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience\n\nMinimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position\n\nLocation-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.\n\nYour safety matters to us. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links, visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.\n\n## How we're different\n\nWe believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact , advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI , rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles.

About the Team

OpenAI Labs explores the edges of what’s possible with AI. We start from the latest breakthroughs – or overlooked research with untapped potential – and expand their capabilities by prototyping entirely new ways for people to benefit from AI.

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Labs team, you will create new ways for people to interact with AI.

Your work will begin as rapid internal experiments: prototypes built to explore surprising capabilities or novel interfaces. Some will spark entirely new products or research directions, shaping how millions of people experience AI. Across projects, you’ll ship these ideas internally, learn from how people use them, and – if they prove promising – hand them off to product teams to take forward before moving on to the next frontier.

Sometimes you’ll start by playing with a researcher’s early demo, identify emerging behaviors, and push on them in collaboration with researchers. Other times, you’ll start from a capability that hasn’t yet been fully explored and design a novel interface around it.

We’re looking for creative people who love to tinker and explore, chasing sparks of magic and shaping them into experiences that help the world go further and discover new possibilities.

Location

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

Explore emerging capabilities and collaborate with researchers to uncover surprising new behaviors – whether from the model itself or from how people respond – and push their limits through creative experimentation.

Design and prototype new interfaces and interaction patterns that rethink how people experience AI, making powerful capabilities feel intuitive, delightful, and inspiring.

Bring ideas to life quickly, turning concepts into working demos – and evolving those prototypes into robust, testable experiences ready for real-world feedback.

Ship early, learn from real usage, and iterate fast – refining ideas based on how people actually use them.

Hand off the most promising prototypes to product teams to scale before moving on to the next frontier.

You might thrive in this role if you:

Have demonstrated experience building and shipping full-stack applications, from intuitive interfaces to reliable backend systems.

Build things for fun and care deeply about craft: curiosity drives you, and creating is how you explore ideas.

Are energized by ambiguity and excited to turn novel capabilities into tangible, working experiences.

Have a refined product taste and intuition for what great interactions should feel like.

Care about how ideas work in people’s hands and evolve through real use.

Value iteration as much as invention; refining is part of the creative process.

Head of Engineering

Head of Engineering

Want to lead engineering at a well-funded AI startup that's really going places? Scale a world-class team, ship AI products for real customers and revenue at 5D, and build the culture that carries us.

Apply

We usually respond within a day

About Us

Fifth Dimension is bringing vibe working to document-heavy industries. Today we work with real estate businesses in the US, EU and APAC, automating complex tasks, extracting valuable insights from documents, and empowering professionals to focus on high-impact work. Our AI workspace transforms how large investment managers and developers handle leases, development documents, and investment decisions.

We're a London, New York and Singapore based startup with an ample runway, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors. Our founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis bring a powerful blend of expertise: Johnny has 17+ years applying data and analytics to Real Estate, while Kate holds a Stanford PhD and 12 years of executive experience across Silicon Valley and London startups.

At Fifth Dimension, we're demanding yet encouraging, valuing experimentation and kind challenges. Our company values, Own It, Ship It, and Don't Be Boring, drive us to deliver exceptional results while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The Challenge

It's 9 AM on a Monday in London. You're reviewing the week's priorities across engineering, spotting a cross-team dependency that's about to stall a key feature launch—and you unblock it before it becomes a problem. Over lunch, you're in a 1:1 with a senior engineer who's ready for more ownership, sketching out a path for them to lead a new area. By Wednesday, you're on a call with the New York team, aligning on a customer delivery that spans time zones, then into a working session with the CTO and product leads pressure-testing the architecture for our next major initiative. By Thursday, you're reviewing a hiring pipeline for Singapore as we build out our APAC presence. By Friday, two new engineers have accepted offers, your team demo blew the founders away, and you're reflecting on how different this org looks from just three months ago.

This is what building looks like. Not just building software—building the engineering organisation that builds the software.

About You

You've scaled an engineering team before—around 10 to 100+ people in product engineering orgs—and you know how much has to go right simultaneously. Hiring great people, keeping them engaged and growing, knowing which practices to introduce at which stage, when to add structure and when to stay out of the way, and how to preserve the autonomy and intellectual honesty that make small teams great even as the organisation doubles and trebles in size.

You're technically credible without needing to be the best engineer in the room. You can engage substantively in architecture discussions, you earn the respect of senior ICs, and you know enough to ask the right questions and smell when something's off. But your superpower is people and delivery, not pull requests.

You understand that scaling an AI-first engineering organisation carries its own distinct challenges—especially right now. Coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows are evolving at breakneck speed. The tools your team uses today might look completely different in six months. This is the best time in a generation to drive transformational change in how software gets built, but it takes genuinely open-minded, AI-first leadership to make it happen. You don't just follow these developments—you have first-hand experience with what AI can do in software development, and you bring conviction about where it's heading.

You're comfortable with probabilistic outputs, evaluation-driven development, and the reality that traditional testing playbooks don't translate directly to AI products. You've seen what's possible when engineering teams embrace this shift, and you want to lead one that's at the frontier.

You write clearly and think in systems—both technical and organisational. You coach rather than command. You've had the difficult conversations, run the performance reviews, made the hard calls, and learned from the ones that didn't go well.

You're passionate about your own growth and create environments where others grow too. You seek feedback, iterate on your own approach, and genuinely believe that the best engineering cultures are built, not inherited.

Your Impact

Reporting to our CTO Chen, you'll take operational ownership of 5D's engineering organisation as we scale through Series A and beyond. You'll partner closely with our CTO on technical direction and architecture, and with our product and design colleagues on priorities and customer impact—owning the people, process, and delivery that turn strategy into shipped product.

You'll build the engineering culture that carries us from a tight-knit London team to a multi-geo organisation spanning London, New York, and Singapore.

This role is about operational leadership—not being the most senior technical decision-maker, and not coding day-to-day. It's about making everyone around you more effective, more aligned, and more ambitious.

What You'll Own

Org design and scaling — Structure the team for growth, hire engineering leads, and build our presence in new geographies while preserving the autonomy that makes our best engineers thrive

Delivery and process — Establish the coordination, rituals, and release practices that keep us shipping fast without sacrificing quality

People and culture — Own career development, performance management, and the health of engineering culture as we grow

Engineering operations — Be the operational backbone for compliance, security, and the day-to-day machinery that keeps the org running smoothly

Leadership partnership — Free up CTO and CPO time by owning the operational load
