As a Product Design Manager on the Dashboard team, you will manage a multidisciplinary team of product designers and a researcher, leading design efforts across multiple product areas at Plaid. Alongside owning near-term delivery, you and your team will also define and advance the long-term vision for how Plaid&#39;s products evolve.</p>\n<p>The Dashboard team focuses on shipping experiences and elevating the UX quality of Plaid&#39;s Dashboard, a key surface area for customers and data partners.
