<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical device, complex electronics).</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot technical manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis.</li>
