      <Title>Head of Growth, Electromagnetic Warfare</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Senior Director and Head of Growth for EW to lead growth, strategy, proposal, and capture for the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Business Line. You will report to the Head of Growth for Anduril Mission Systems Division, work closely with the EW General Manager, and lead the EW growth team across our Counter-UAS, Airborne Effects, Multi-Mission Electromagnetic Countermeasures, and Special Projects portfolios.</p>
<p>Your role will be cross-cutting. The Head of Growth is part of the core business line leadership team that owns top line growth and influences internal investments, prioritization, program execution, and operations. You will also be responsible for developing, mentoring, and building the EW growth team, collaborating with Division and cross-Division leaders, and supporting programs / engineering / and mission operations teams within the business line.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), DOD Program Executive Offices (PEO), the Intelligence Community, Federal Agencies, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), University-affiliated research centers (UARC), and with International partners to penetrate, expand, and deliver technology at scale.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal Anduril stakeholders including business line and division leadership, growth teams, program and engineering teams, and corporate functions to identify and shape new business opportunities, communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to execution teams.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead the expansion of the EW portfolio across US and allied services and agencies, including advanced infrared, optical, laser, threat tracking, and seeker technologies that address warfighter needs across all domains including Space.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Anduril customers to identify and develop disruptive technologies to deliver sustained operational advantage at the tactical, operational, and strategic level.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, fund, and execute internally and externally funded research and development to advance Imaging technology.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners that are vital to growth strategy and program execution.</li>
</ul>

<li>Deliver on financial performance metrics and build strategic market growth initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<li>Build, mentor, and lead the EW Growth team in business development, account management, and mission operations functions.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Deep expertise in applications of radio frequency technologies such as electromagnetic warfare, signals intelligence, aircraft survivability, counter-space or other relevant areas.</li>
