<p>We&#39;re seeking a full-time member of our Production team to work from our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. As a startup, you&#39;ll work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment that requires adaptability.</p>
<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manufacturing of composite (carbon &amp; fiberglass) structures</li>
<li>Performing component assembly inspections and completing appropriate documentation</li>
<li>Advising on the design of assemblies, components, and testing</li>
<li>Contributing to improving workshop standards, protocols, and processes</li>
<li>Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and output</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This is a second shift role (2PM-1030PM) with ~ 2-3 weeks of training on the first shift (6am-230pm)</li>
<li>Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools</li>
<li>Extensive experience in manufacturing, inspecting, and repairing composite (carbon &amp; fiberglass) structures</li>
<li>Capable of drilling, reaming, and countersinking</li>
<li>Capable of machining &amp; trimming composites</li>
<li>Experience vacuum bagging parts for resin infusion, room temperature cures, and debulks</li>
<li>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, and product data sheets</li>
<li>Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>High school degree or GED certification</li>
<li>Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting</li>
<li>Experience with welding, composites, or interiors</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware/Software Test Engineer to join our rapidly-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-level software architecture to support vehicle integration and test operations.</p>
<p>You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to create and implement successful test plans, and develop software for automated testing at both component and integrated levels. Additionally, you will refine specifications from electrical engineers to validate critical flight components, support all phases of development from proposal to successful test and flight, implement ground control and telemetry software, and contribute to the growth of our team through recruitment and hiring efforts.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design high-level software architecture in support of vehicle integration and test operations</li>
<li>Coordinate across multiple teams to create software testing infrastructure based on testing and production needs</li>
<li>Work with ground software and flight software teams to integrate software into test infrastructure</li>
<li>Design scalable test code to be reused across multiple different testing campaigns and vehicle generations</li>
<li>Refine specifications from electrical engineers to validate critical flight components</li>
<li>Support all phases of development from initial proposal development through successful test and flight</li>
<li>Implement ground control and telemetry software</li>
<li>Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in CS, EE (or equivalent background knowledge)</li>
<li>5+ years total of relevant experience</li>
<li>2+ Experience with Python (or other high-level object-oriented scripting language(s))</li>
<li>2+ Experience with Linux and shell command line tools</li>
<li>2+ Experience with version control systems (git, mercurial, svn, or others)</li>
<li>A passion for building things, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience reading schematics and data sheets, debugging circuits that interface with embedded software, from debugger to logic analyzer to oscilloscope</li>
