      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Millennium, you will partner with our internal recruiting team to ensure an outstanding recruiting experience for our candidates and hiring managers.</p>
<p>Your main responsibility will be to maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates. This means coordinating all candidates&#39; interviews and logistics, leading the candidate onboarding process, and participating in team projects.</p>
<p>Principal Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and agencies to schedule interviews with candidates</li>
<li>Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process</li>
<li>Track candidates and move them through the recruitment process</li>
<li>Schedule and facilitate candidate feedback sessions</li>
<li>Manage candidate onboarding including offer letter creation and confirming start dates</li>
<li>Source, screen, and evaluate candidates as needed, always providing a positive candidate experience</li>
<li>Facilitate candidate assessments</li>
<li>Be responsible for data sanctity on the ATS</li>
<li>Overall, partner with the recruiters and act as an SME in all the operational aspects of recruitment</li>
<li>Ad hoc projects and requests to support recruiting processes</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications/Skills Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree from an accredited university or college</li>
<li>3-5 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services</li>
<li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels</li>
<li>Be a self-starter and a team player who is able to deliver results with minimal supervision</li>
<li>High degree of proactiveness</li>
<li>Deliver excellent quality of work with a high level of attention to detail</li>
<li>Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly evolving environment</li>
<li>Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Experience with applicant tracking systems will be preferred</li>
