Responsibilities:

Global Responsibilities (80%):

• Analyze customer behaviour, industries, products, and regions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Design and execute activation, upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Partner with product, customer success, and data teams to identify expansion opportunities.
• Build lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges, and behavioural triggers.
• Drive increased usage of cards, stablecoin, and payment products.
• Optimize spend volume, ARPU, and product adoption by cohort.

Local Responsibilities (20%):
