They will have 4+ years post-qualification legal experience with an international law firm or in-house experience. They will also have expertise in commercial and contract law, civil and data protection law, and knowledge of statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to businesses.</p>
<p>In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, in English and German, including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts. They will also be willing to embrace risk-taking and act in an entrepreneurial manner to mitigate risks.</p>

<p>We’re growing our world-class Litigation and Regulatory team and seek an experienced counsel to support regulatory matters and investigations, litigation, and dispute resolution related to our business.
