They will have 4+ years post-qualification legal experience with an international law firm or in-house experience. They will also have expertise in commercial and contract law, civil and data protection law, and knowledge of statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to businesses.</p>\n<p>In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, in English and German, including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
