Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.</li>\n<li>Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing SAP cutovers across one or more modules (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of SAP technical landscapes, transport management, and data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).</li>\n<li>Experience in SNP CrystalBridge solution is a big advantage.</li>\n<li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).</li>\n<li>Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in large global rollouts or multi-country deployments.
