We are seeking a Data Center Portfolio Capacity Manager to own portfolio-level capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting across a rapidly growing data center footprint. This role sits at the intersection of data center development, site selection, finance, and compute capacity, and serves as the single source of truth for infrastructure capacity timing.
\nYou will partner closely with Development and Site Selection teams to track delivery milestones, forecast phased capacity availability, and communicate changes in timelines across the organization. Your work will directly inform capital planning, compute deployment decisions, and executive-level reporting.

\nThe base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

\nQualifications and skills:
\n• Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above (LLB, LLM, Juris Doctor preferred) from an accredited law school in Europe.
\n• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience in the technology space.
\n• Strong experience in structuring and negotiating compute or infrastructure deals with an understanding of cloud and technology related industries.
\n• Knowledge and usage of Artificial Intelligence: An understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and their applications is important.
\n• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex contractual structures, interactions in the contract chain and their interplay with financing topics and technical constraints.
\n• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong ability to communicate legal advice to clients and colleagues, and presenting complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
\n• International mindset: International experience is a plus.
\n• Adaptability: Given the rapidly evolving nature of AI technologies and compute topics, and the legal landscape surrounding them, candidates should be adaptable and willing to continuously learn and update their skills and knowledge.
