  • Regularly monitoring customer health metrics, developing customer success plans, and providing data-driven insights and reports to customers and internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. They will also have 5+ years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or similar role within the technology industry, preferably with SaaS solutions.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary + bonus is expected to be between $175,000/yr to $200,000/yr.
