<p>We&#39;re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team at Arc. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for owning day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct condition to support production.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Owning day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and in the correct condition to support production.</li>
<li>Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, booking, tracking, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining logistics documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications, and customs paperwork.</li>
<li>Partnering with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliant, cost-effective imports and exports.</li>
<li>Monitoring shipments proactively, identify risks (delays, holds, damages, compliance gaps), and drive resolution before production is impacted.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience managing domestic and international freight in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience coordinating LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipments.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms and how commercial terms impact cost, risk, and lead time.</li>
<li>Proficient using basic computer tools such as spreadsheets, email, and shared documentation systems.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.</li>
</ul>
