<li>Focus on improve Microsoft ad performance and deliver better ROAS to our customers.</li>
<li>Work with Sales, Engineering and Data Science teams to innovate and propose solutions.</li>
<li>Explore opportunities and develop product strategy and roadmap based on business requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate across organizational boundaries, build experiences our customers will love.</li>
<li>Incubate, prototype new technology and ideas.</li>

<p><strong>The Candidate we&#39;re looking for</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree AND 3+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising business, along with a proven track record of successfully monetization products and services.</li>
<li>Experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in identifying potential market opportunities and successfully launching products that meet market demands.</li>
<li>Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.</li>
