<p>The International Subsidiary Banking business is a significant contributor of revenue to Corporate Institutional Banking (Former GB) and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 50 countries.</p>
<p>Support Bankers in existing and new long-term relationships with the customers, streamlined with CIB strategy to be the Leading International Bank.</p>
<p>International Subsidiary Banking is one of the fastest growing businesses in HSBC and a key pillar of our Group Strategy.</p>
<p>Despite the ongoing challenging global and regional economic circumstances, the business continues to present a resilient performance.</p>
<p>Going forward, Corporate Institutional Banking is keen to deliver on its strategy to attract the right customers who benefit from our international connectivity.</p>
<p>A key priority will be to help bankers to increase revenues while maintaining absolute focus and execution of Global Standards, Risk &amp; Compliance to ensure that our conduct matches our values.</p>
<p>Main Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support 2 bankers with a portfolio of 27-30 names of GNB complex clients to provide them local banking solutions according with its parental guidance;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Follow each Banker effective strategy to manage customer relationships, anticipating customer needs to provide a best in class service to position HSBC as the market leader in this business;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Help the Team to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information on different bank systems as required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Strong focus on commercial activity and reporting under CRM systems.</p>
<ul>
<li>Support bankers to comply with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures according to group policy.</li>
</ul>
<p>Leadership &amp; Teamwork</p>
<p>Efficient daily collaboration with product support specialist including credit operations.</p>
<p>Collaborating with RMs to identify and match customer needs with business opportunities.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to interact with business customers at all levels</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent time management, planning and organization skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Advanced English</li>
