Execute comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.</li>\n<li>Develop and lead a high-performing team in the business unit. This team includes sales representatives, institutional sales specialists, key account managers, and other specialized roles.</li>\n<li>Identify, retain, and attract high-performing talent for the organization.
